To achieve this, Veripos is committed to a quality approach to its business and therefore all activities are carried out in accordance with a fully accredited business management system. Other mechanisms to ensure quality of service and after-sales support include on-the-ground regional support staff, 24 hour help-desk, on-call staff, fully manned Network Control Centres and on-line services.
Veripos Online Support System
The Veripos Online Support System is used as an interface to the Veripos Users with the helpdesk providing support to Veripos clients via phone or e-mail so that users can obtain expert advice 24 hours per day all year round. The Support System is also responsible for monitoring the status of Veripos system to ensure that users have up-to-date information about the system status.
In addition to the live support offered by the Helpdesk we also offer clients the option of utilising the Veripos Online Support System. This portal facilitates efficient tracking and logging of client faults/queries permitting users to track the status of their queries in real-time, as well as containing a Knowledge Base and Download section which contains user guides, manuals etc. for various Veripos systems and a FAQ section.
